Being a foodie, I always thought dieting is never gonna be my cup of tea. Having stubborn fats since years, I’ve tried a lot of things earlier and somehow discontinued as I wasn’t getting desired results..I started following Aditi’s diet plan somewhat really randomly, without knowing whether I’ll be seriously following or not. Being new to healthy eating, it took some time to know what is portion control, what are the combinations, what is the apt quantity..but She was always there to help me understand and correct me wherever I went wrong. She guided me very well. I kept on continuing it and was amazed that even healthy food can be tasty!! Today nearly two months of her guidance, I’ve shed 4 kg and also observed some inch loss.
